The library media center operates on an open, flexible schedule to provide maximum access to all students, staff members and parents. The library media center is open from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.  Students in grades second-fifth grade are permitted to come to the library media center throughout the day individually or in small groups to complete class assignments, do research, or to check out books.  Students in grades pre -kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade visit the library media center once a week as a class with their teacher to check out their book.    Students in Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten may check out one book at a time.  Students in first grade through fifth grade may check out two books at a time.  Books are checked out for one week and can be renewed for an additional week.  All books and materials will be fined 5¢ per day when they are late.
